The invention provides a high-damping resin-based mineral composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of composite materials. The high-damping resin-based mineral composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 85 to 90% of an aggregate, 8 to 13% of an adhesive, 0.5 to 1.5% of rubber particles and 0.1 to 0.5% of a coupling agent. A certain amount of rubber particles are added into the composite material, the rubber particles can form a sea-island structure in the composite material, vibration energy can be effectively blocked and absorbed, and therefore the damping effect is obvious. In addition, the sea-island structure has no obvious influence on the mechanical performance of the composite material, and it is guaranteed that the composite material has good physical performance.
本发明提供了一种高阻尼性树脂基矿物复合材料及其制备方法和应用,属于复合材料技术领域。以质量百分含量计,高阻尼性树脂基矿物复合材料包括以下制备原料:骨料85~90%、粘合剂8~13%、橡胶颗粒0.5~1.5%和偶联剂0.1~0.5%。本发明通过在复合材料中添加一定量的橡胶颗粒,橡胶颗粒在复合材料中会形成“海‑岛”结构,能够有效的阻挡、吸收振动能量,所以阻尼效果明显。此外,“海‑岛”结构对复合材料的机械性能并未产生明显影响,保障了复合材料具有良好的物理性能。
