One end of the electric heating water storage tank is communicated withthe water inlet pipe with the gate valve, and the other end of the electric heating water storage tank is communicated with the pressure pump through a pressure pipe; and the electric heating water storage tank is used for carrying out heating treatment on circulating backflow water, and the electric heating water storage tank and the pressure pump are respectively communicated with the gate pressure pipe system. The anti-freezing and desilting gate and the anti-freezing and desilting method are suitable for regions with characteristics of low temperature in winter and high sand content and high sludge content in the water in four seasons; and the problems that the gate is easily frozen in a gate groove, silt is easily accumulated at the bottom of the gate, and the gate is difficult to open are solved.
