The invention relates to an energy-saving anti-explosion anti-overflow floor drain and a using method thereof. The energy-saving anti-explosion anti-overflow floor drain comprises an upper shell, a buoyancy drainage device and a rotating device, wherein a fixing cylinder is arranged in the upper shell, and wide threads are formed in the upper end surface of the fixing cylinder; the buoyancy drainage device comprises a water seal shell, a plurality of floating balls and a sealing cylinder; the water seal shell is mounted in the upper shell, the floating balls are arranged at an opening in the outer side of the fixing cylinder, the lower end of the sealing cylinder is provided with matching threads used for being meshed with the wide threads, one side surfaces of the matching threads make contact with the wide threads when the matching threads are meshed with the wide threads, and the other side faces of the matching threads and the wide threads are arranged in a spacing manner; the rotating device comprises a rotating shaft and a plurality of rotating fan blades; the rotating shaft is arranged to be polygonal and mounted on the water seal shell in a sliding mode; and the rotating fan blades are mounted on the rotating shaft in the circumferential direction and located in the fixed cylinder. When overflow occurs, the wide threads in the lower end surface of the water seal shell can rotate through the rotating fan blades under the impact force of water, so that the wide threads are meshed, and the sealing effect of the water seal shell is improved.
本发明涉及一种节能型防爆防溢地漏及其使用方法包括上壳体、浮力排水装置和旋转装置。上壳体内设置有固定筒,固定筒上端面设置有宽螺纹。浮力排水装置包括水封壳、多个浮球和密封筒。水封壳安装于上壳体内,多个浮球设置于固定筒的外侧开口处,密封筒下端设置有用于与宽螺纹啮合的配合螺纹,配合螺纹在与宽螺纹啮合时配合螺纹的一个侧面与宽螺纹接触,另一侧面与宽螺纹间隔设置。旋转装置包括转动轴和多个旋转扇叶。转动轴设置为多边形,转动轴滑动安装于水封壳。多个旋转扇叶沿周向安装于转动轴,且位于固定筒内。在发生溢水时,水封壳下端面的宽螺纹会在水的冲击力下通过旋转扇叶实现转动,使宽螺纹啮合,提高水封壳的密封效果。
