The invention relates to an energy-saving type anti-explosion and anti-overflow floor drain which comprises an upper shell, a lower shell, a floor drain cover, a rotating device, a flow dividing device and a plurality of reset springback devices. The floor drain cover is installed at the upper end of the upper shell, and the flow dividing device comprises an upper-layer flow dividing disc and a plurality of lower-layer flow dividing discs; a plurality of first arc-shaped water passing openings are formed in the upper-layer flow dividing disc; a second arc-shaped water passing opening is formedin each lower-layer flow dividing disc, the water passing opening lower-layer flow dividing discs are rotatably mounted in arc-shaped rotating grooves through the reset springback devices, the rotating device comprises a rotating part and a connecting part, and the rotating part drives the multiple lower-layer flow dividing discs to rotate through the connecting part; and after the lower-layer flow dividing discs rotate to the maximum rotating angle, the lower-layer flow dividing discs are kept at the maximum rotating angle. The plurality of lower-layer flow dividing discs can be driven to rotate according to the quantity of water flow. The influence of impact force on the floor drain during explosion is effectively reduced, and the drainage speed is adjusted, so that the drainage amountcan be changed along with the water flow.
