The method for removing the underground anchor cable is characterized in that the underground anchor cable is removed through mutual cooperation of a first drill rod device and a second drillrod device. The drill rod device and the method for removing the underground anchor cable can effectively improve the construction efficiency, and meet the economic requirement at the same time.
