The invention relates to a power water tank, tank type electric kitchen ware thereof and a wiping and spraying dish-washing machine. The power water tank is a water tank device for outputting power, and is provided with an electric control system, a water tank system, a main shaft system, a driving system and a lifting system. A water distribution chamber is arranged at the bottom of the water tank; a lifting core shaft is installed in a center hole of the main shaft, a taper hole for installing a connecting piece or kitchen ware is formed in the upper portion of the lifting core shaft, and the lifting core shaft can rotate and ascend and descend to provide power for the tank type electric kitchen ware. The tank type electric kitchen ware, in particular to the following kitchen ware whichis arranged on the power water tank and is connected and combined with the lifting core shaft: a tank type electric scrubbing device, a tank type electric sawing machine, a tank type slicing, grinding, crushing and stirring all-in-one machine and a scrubbing, and spraying dish-washing machine which comprises the power water tank, a water tank cover, a tableware rack, a water pump assembly, a watertank and a spraying arm. A scrubbing piece penetrates through a center hole of the spraying arm, is inserted into the lifting core shaft of the center hole of the main shaft, is stored at ordinary times, and is lifted and rotated to scrub tableware during use; and the spraying arm rotates to spray water to wash tableware.
