The invention relates to a power water tank, a tank type electric kitchen ware and a wiping and spraying dish-washing machine. A power water tank is a water tank device outputting power and is provided with an electric control system, a water tank system, a main shaft system, a driving system and a lifting system. A water distribution chamber is arranged at the bottom of the sink; and s lifting core shaft is arranged in the central hole of the main shaft, is provided with a taper hole for mounting a connecting piece or kitchen ware at the upper part, can rotate and lift, and provides power for the groove type electric kitchen ware. A groove type electric kitchen ware, in particular to the following kitchen ware which is installed on a power water tank and connected and combined with a lifting mandrel: a groove type electric scrubbing device, a groove type electric sawing machine, a groove type slicing, grinding, smashing and stirring all-in-one machine and a scrubbing and spraying dish-washing machine which comprises the power water tank, a water tank cover, a plate rack, a water pump assembly, a water tank and a spraying arm; the scrubbing piece penetrates through a central hole of the spraying arm, is inserted into a lifting mandrel of a central hole of the main shaft, is stored at ordinary times, and is lifted and rotated to scrub tableware during use; and the spraying arm rotates to spray water to wash the tableware.
