The invention relates to a negative pressure purification system for a transfer cabin. The negative pressure purification system involves a transfer cabin main body, an air inlet HEPA filter, an air outlet HEPA filter and a fan, wherein the air inlet HEPA filter and the air outlet HEPA filter are arranged at an air inlet and an air outlet of the transfer cabin main body respectively; and the system is characterized in that the system further involves a fan pressure sensor and a fan detection control module which are used for detecting and controlling operation of the fan, and two HEPA filter pressure sensors which are used for detecting the air inlet HEPA filter and the air outlet HEPA filter, the fan pressure sensor is used for detecting pressure inside and outside the cabin, and the fandetection control module adjusts the rotating speed of the fan according to the pressure difference between the interior and the exterior of the cabin, so that the negative pressure target control of-20 Pa - -30 Pa is achieved; and the two HEPA filter pressure sensors are used for detecting the front and back pressure of the two HEPA filters. The purification system is more efficient, energy-saving and comfortable, can guarantee that patients are effectively isolated in the transportation process, protects medical workers, and prevents infection sources from being diffused.
