Preparation process of aerated concrete block
The invention relates to a preparation process of an aerated concrete block. The preparation process comprises the following steps: S1, preparing raw materials; S2, adding cement, gypsum for aerated blocks, water, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer into the raw materials, and uniformly stirring to form a prefabricated material; S3, equally dividing the prefabricated material into four parts, separately storing, and equally dividing polypropylene fibers into four parts; S4, selecting a mixing and stirring device, firstly pouring a quarter of the prefabricated material into the mixing and stirring device, then spreading a quarter of polypropylene fibers on the surface of the prefabricated material, and repeating the steps; S5, turning and stirring up and down to form a mixture; S6, pouring the uniformly stirred mixture into a prepared mould; S7, sending the mould filled with the mixture to a primary curing chamber, and carrying out foaming and primary setting; S8, demoulding; S9, cutting; and S10, stacking and curing. The mass of the aerated block is reduced and the strength of the aerated block is improved.
