Preparation process of aerated concrete block
The invention discloses a preparation process of an aerated concrete block. The process comprises the following steps: weighing three parts of aluminum powder paste with different weights in parts by weight, and respectively mixing and stirring the aluminum powder paste with three parts of sodium sulfate, sodium abietate, fly ash, bagasse, lime powder and gypsum powder which are equal to each other, so as to prepare a first lightweight aggregate, a second lightweight aggregate and a third lightweight aggregate; preparing a first mixture; preparing an additive; respectively preparing a first building block raw material, a second building block raw material and a third building block raw material from the first lightweight aggregate, the second lightweight aggregate, the third lightweight aggregate, the first mixture, cement and an additive; sequentially injecting the first building block raw material, the second building block raw material and the third building block raw material into a concrete building block mold; carrying out gas expansion treatment to obtain a building block blank body; and carrying out steam curing on the building block blank body to obtain the formed building block. According to the technical scheme, the problem that the strength deviation of all parts of the aerated concrete block is large due to the fact that the sizes and the number of air holes of the aerated concrete block are not uniform is effectively solved.
本发明公开一种加气混凝土砌块的制备工艺,包括按重量份称量三份重量不同的铝粉膏,并分别与三份等量的硫酸钠、松香酸钠、粉煤灰、甘蔗渣、石灰粉、石膏粉混合搅拌,制得第一轻质骨料、第二轻质骨料、第三轻质骨料;制备第一混合料;制备外加剂;通过第一轻质骨料、第二轻质骨料、第三轻质骨料、第一混合料、水泥、外加剂,分别制得第一砌块原料、第二砌块原料、第三砌块原料;将第一砌块原料、第二砌块原料、第三砌块原料按顺序依次注入混凝土砌块模具中;进行发气膨胀处理,得到砌块胚体;对砌块胚体进行蒸养,得到成型的砌块。在该技术方案中,有效解决加气混凝土砌块气孔大小和数量不均,而导致加气混凝土砌块各部位强度偏差较大的问题。
