Waterproof material based on silica sol and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a waterproof material based on silica sol. The waterproof material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-100 parts of Portland cement, 10-20 partsof silica sol, 20-30 parts of a cellulose fiber composite material, 5-10 parts of titanium dioxide, 3-8 parts of glass beads, 1-5 parts of magnesium carbonate powder, 3-8 parts of phenolic resin, 20-30 parts of a silane emulsion and 30-50 parts of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the silica sol-based waterproof material. According to the invention, silicon dioxide particles enter cellulose fibers, so the density of the cellulose fibers is increased, and elongation of the fibers is thus increased; and since the cellulose is an organic material and the silicon dioxideis an inorganic material, the formed cellulose fiber composite material is an organic/inorganic hybrid material, so the elongation of the cellulose fibers can be improved, and the excellent stabilityof the silicon dioxide can be achieved.
本发明公开一种基于硅溶胶的防水材料,由如下重量份原料制成:70‑100份硅酸盐水泥,10‑20份硅溶胶,20‑30份纤维素纤维复合材料,5‑10份钛白粉,3‑8份玻化微珠,1‑5份碳酸镁粉,3‑8份酚醛树脂,20‑30份硅烷乳液,30‑50份水;本发明还公开一种基于硅溶胶的防水材料的制备方法;二氧化硅颗粒进入纤维素纤维中,导致纤维素纤维自身的密度增加,进而纤维的伸长率增加,而且纤维素为有机材料,二氧化硅为无机材料,形成的纤维素纤维复合材料为有机/无机杂化材料,既能够提升纤维素纤维的伸长率,又能够具有二氧化硅优异的稳定性能。
