The invention relates to a method for preparing high-strength lightweight porous concrete. The method comprises the steps of S1 preparing a flat matrix for receiving a poured concrete mixture; S2 pouring a pervious concrete mixture on the base body to form a pervious concrete layer, and form a pervious concrete surface; S3 after a pervious concrete mixture is poured on the prepared base body, pouring a layer of impermeable concrete is poured on the surface of the pervious concrete to form a layer of exposed impermeable concrete surface; and S4 forming one or more joints into concrete having one or more joints extending from at least the exposed impermeable concrete surface to the pervious concrete surface into the impermeable layer. According to the method, the concrete with high structural strength at the upper part and porous permeable lower part can be prepared.
