Lightweight high-strength concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses light high-strength concrete and a preparation method thereof. The lightweight high-strength concrete comprises a dry powder material and a liquid material, wherein the dry powder material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 490-515 parts of cement, 280-305 parts of mineral powder, 40-45 parts of silica fume, 300-320 parts of first lightweight aggregate, 255-340 parts of second lightweight aggregate and 0-200 parts of gravel aggregate. Wherein the first lightweight aggregate has a first particle size specification. The second lightweight aggregate has a second particle size specification, and the second particle size specification is larger than the first particle size specification. The gravel aggregate has a third particle size specification which is larger than the first particle size specification. The liquid material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200-240 parts of water and 4-10 parts of a water reducing agent. The lightweight high-strength concrete provided by the invention has low density and high strength at the same time, the flowability of gelled slurry is improved by adjusting the use amounts of the cement, the mineral powder and the silica fume, and a lightweight aggregate pre-wetting process or a non-pre-wetting process can be adopted, so that the lightweight high-strength concrete is wide in application range.
