The invention discloses a pile-beam spliced and combined type wind power foundation structure. The pile-beam spliced and combined type wind power foundation structure comprises a cylindrical prefabricated pillar (20); the center position of the top of the prefabricated pillar is used for being perpendicularly and fixedly connected with a tower barrel (60); the periphery side wall of the prefabricated pillar is evenly connected with the inner side ends of a plurality of prefabricated distributive girders (30) in the circumferential direction; the bottom surface of the outer side end of each prefabricated distributive girder is connected with a pile head (101) arranged at the top end of each bottom pile foundation (10); and each bottom pile foundation is deeply fixed into a preset tower barrel installation area foundation; and the bottom of the prefabricated pillar is located on the surface of the preset tower barrel installation area foundation. In addition, the invention further provides a construction method of the pile-beam spliced and combined type wind power foundation structure. The wind power foundation structure is scientific in design, facilitates flexible and reliable installation, is high in structure strength and can meet the demands for building wind power plants in certain target sites which are poor in geological condition and are limited in transportation or landrequisition area.
