The invention provides a frequency-adjustable sound absorption board based on Helmholtz resonators. According to the requirement of reverberation time of a hall, the sound absorption quantity of a sound absorption body can be adjusted, the sound absorption frequency band can be widened, and high-efficiency sound absorption in a wide frequency band range can be realized. The frequency-adjustable sound absorption board comprises a plurality of frequency-adjustable Helmholtz resonator units which are arranged in parallel and can change the lengths of neck tubes without changing the volumes of resonance cavities, wherein a cylindrical cavity is arranged inside each Helmholtz resonator unit; a slit is formed in each shell; each C-shaped opening cylinder is coaxial with the corresponding cylindrical cavity; an opening is formed in the cylindrical wall of each C-shaped opening cylinder, an air baffle is arranged on one side of each opening, and an annular seam between the cylindrical wall ofeach C-shaped opening cylinder and the inner wall of the corresponding cylindrical cavity is divided into two parts, one part is an air channel, and the other part is a non-air channel; each air channel enables the corresponding slit with the opening on the corresponding C-shaped opening cylinder to communicate to form a neck tube of each Helmholtz resonator; and by rotating the C-shaped opening cylinders, the lengths of the neck tubes of the Helmholtz resonator units can be adjusted.
