The invention discloses a frequency-adjustable sound absorption and insulation light composite board which comprises a perforated board, the perforated board is an open box-shaped body provided with a frame, a sound absorption layer, the damping layers, a middle thin board, a sound insulation layer and a sound insulation board are sequentially arranged in the box body from bottom to top in a tightly attached mode, the sound insulation board is fixedly connected with the frame of the perforated board, the damping layers are bonded to the plate face, opposite to the sound insulation layer, of the middle thin plate in a periodic arrangement mode. The sound absorption and insulation light composite board is simple in structure, diversified in form and convenient to manufacture, particularly, the periodic damping structure greatly reduces the surface density and cost of the sound absorption and insulation light composite board compared with a traditional laying full-damping structure, and the resonance and coincidence effect of components are restrained through laying of periodic damping. The periodic arrangement mode of the damping layers realizes sound insulation of noise sources with different frequencies.
