The invention discloses a large ceramic tile on-wall structure and mounting process thereof. The large ceramic tile on-wall structure comprises a wall body, a dust layer, a gluing layer and ceramic tiles which are sequentially arranged, the gluing layer comprises foam glue, marble glue and structural glue, and a hanging piece is arranged in the foam glue; the mounting process of the large ceramictile on-wall structure is characterized by specifically comprising the following steps of 1) cleaning a base surface; 2) slotting the ceramic tile; 3) mounting the hanging piece; 4) manufacturing thegluing layer; 5) mounting on a wall; and 6) steel nail reinforcement. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the structure is simple, the steps are easy to implement, the problems of tile falling, hollowing and like caused by expansion of tile glue due to thermal expansion and cold contraction are completely solved, the foam glue is softer, the firmness of the tile and thewall body as well as the dust layer is improved, the tile cannot fall off easily even if the tile is damaged, and the safety coefficient is higher.
本发明公开了一种大瓷砖上墙结构及其铺贴工艺，包括依次设置的墙体、粉灰层、打胶层、瓷砖，打胶层包括泡沫胶、云石胶、结构胶，泡沫胶内设有挂件；一种大瓷砖上墙结构的铺贴工艺，其特征在于，具体包括以下步骤：1)清理基面；2)瓷砖开槽；3)安装挂件；4)打胶层制作；5)上墙铺贴；6)钢钉加固。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于：结构简单，步骤易于实施，杜绝了热证冷缩引起的瓷砖胶膨胀导致的掉砖、空鼓等问题，泡沫胶更加柔软，增加了瓷砖与墙体粉灰层的牢固性，即使认为损坏瓷砖后，也不会轻易掉落，安全系数更高。
