The invention provides an adjustable fixing device of a diagonal brace of a prefabricated wall panel. The device comprises a pre-embedded circular ring (4), an adjustable anchor seat and a connectingcircular ring (7); the adjustable anchor seat comprises a bolt (10) and a threaded sleeve (11), the bolt (10) is connected with the threaded sleeve (11), and a threaded hole is formed in the upper part of the bolt (10); the height of the adjustable anchor seat is adjusted by screwing the bolt (10), the adjustable pre-embedded anchor seat is arranged under the pre-embedded circular ring (4), and the adjustable anchor seat and the pre-embedded circular ring (4) are connected and fixed through a hoop (9) and a bolt-nut assembly (8) to form a whole; the connecting circular ring (7) is arranged inthe threaded hole in the upper part of the bolt (10); and the height of the connecting circular ring (7) is adjusted by screwing the connecting circular ring (7), so that the connecting circular ring(7) is higher than the plane of a floor. The device can be used circularly, and avoid the interference and collision problems between the diagonal brace and the bottom of a lowering plate.
