The combined cement handrail prefabricated part is composed of the two railing assemblies, the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat, and during mounting, the combined cement handrail prefabricated part can be manually transported to a mounting place without the help of hoisting equipment, so that the combined cement handrail prefabricated part is convenient to carry.
