The invention provides a blasting, silt squeezing and shaping charging device and a construction method for treating underwater silt. When a vibrating and explosive feeding device is put down, a lifting hook at the end part of a steel cable embedded on the side of a prefabricated concrete bottom supporting plate is connected with a lifting ring on the outer side of a steel sleeve due to the gravity of the lifting hook; after the concrete bottom supporting plate is placed on a silt layer, the lifting hook automatically falls off due to pressure disappearance, and the steel sleeve and the prefabricated concrete bottom supporting plate are in a separated state; when the explosive feeding device is sunk, the stability and the position of the steel sleeve are controlled by a guide frame extending out of an explosive distributing machine; after an explosive charge is settled, a flexible net blasting protection device is arranged on the blasting silt surface, so that the splashing of broken stones caused by blasting is reduced. The invention further discloses the construction method for treating underwater silt by blasting and silt squeezing. Compared with the prior art, the putting-downprecision and efficiency of the explosive charge can be improved, and the blasting safety is improved.
本发明提供一种爆破挤淤定型化装药装置及处理水下淤泥的施工方法,在下放振打送药装置时,预制混凝土底托板边侧预埋的钢缆端部的吊钩因自身重力连接钢套管外侧的吊环,当混凝土底托板置于淤泥层后,吊钩则因压力消失自动脱落,套钢管与预制混凝土底托板呈分离状态;下沉送药装置时,利用布药机上伸展出来的导向架控制钢套管的稳定及其位置;炸药包沉放完毕后,在爆破淤泥面上设置柔性网爆破防护装置,减少因爆破产生的碎石飞溅,还公开了爆破挤淤处理水下淤泥的施工方法,与现有技术相比,可提高炸药包下放的精度与效率,同时提高爆破的安全性。
