The method comprises the following steps that S1, the width and height of a first embankment body and the width and height of a second embankment body are designed according to the situation of a to-be-constructed site to form a section; s2, throwing, filling and pushing the original embankment body to a first embankment body specification; and S3, blasting and silt squeezing are conducted on the first dike body side formed in the step S2 till the dike body reaches the second dike body specification. Compared with the direct blasting silt squeezing technology, the throwing and filling step is added, the number of times of blasting operation can be reduced, the construction progress can be greatly improved, the engineering amount of earth and stone filling can be greatly reduced, and economic benefits are considerable. Compared with a traditional method, the basic difference is that end blasting construction is not carried out, only side blasting widening is carried out, and the construction speed is extremely high on the premise that the construction quality is guaranteed.
