The invention discloses a method for preparing a desulfurizing agent from carbide slag, efficiently desulfurizing and utilizing desulfurized gypsum, which comprises the following steps: 1) a process of preparing the desulfurizing agent from carbide slag: separating carbide slag by adopting a gravity field to obtain a fine desulfurizing agent and impurity particles, and preparing a silicon iron product and a cement additive from the removed impurity particles; 2) a wet desulphurization process: adding water into a fine particle desulfurizer, pulping to prepare desulfurizer slurry, and carryingout a contact reaction on the sulfur-containing flue gas and the desulfurizer slurry to obtain a desulfurized gypsum raw material; and 3) a desulfurized gypsum raw material utilization process: carrying out dehydration crystal transformation deep processing on the desulfurized gypsum raw material to obtain a gypsum product. According to the invention, through gravitational field enhanced graded separation of different types of carbide slag, a complete technology for recycling and efficient desulfurization of carbide slag and high-valued utilization of carbide slag-based desulfurized gypsum isdeveloped, the process is simple, the flow is short, and no secondary solid waste is discharged.
本发明公开了一种采用电石渣制备脱硫剂、高效脱硫及脱硫石膏利用的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:1)电石渣制备脱硫剂过程:将电石渣采用重力场分离得到细颗粒脱硫剂和杂质颗粒,脱除的杂质颗粒用于制备硅铁产品及水泥添加剂;2)湿法脱硫过程:将细颗粒脱硫剂加水打浆制备脱硫剂浆液,含硫烟气与脱硫剂浆液接触反应,得到脱硫石膏原料;3)脱硫石膏原料利用过程:将脱硫石膏原料脱水转晶深度加工,得到石膏制品。本发明通过不同种类电石渣的重力场强化分级分离,开发了电石渣的资源化、高效脱硫和电石渣基脱硫石膏的高值化利用成套化技术,工艺简单、流程短,无二次固废排放。
