The invention discloses a high-performance compound cement retarder and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a silane coupling agent, an organic solvent and deionized water into a reaction kettle to form a hydrolysis system of the silane coupling agent, and carrying out a hydrolysis reaction of the silane coupling agent at a temperature of 40-120 DEG C to obtain a silane coupling agent hydrolysate; and adding a cationic surfactant, glucose, deionized water and the silane coupling agent hydrolysate into a stirring kettle, and conducting stirring to a homogeneous phase, thereby obtaining the high-performance cement retarder. The cement retarder disclosed by the invention has an excellent retarding effect, is low in mixing amount, has a certain grinding aid effect on cement, and can improve the early and later strength of the cement.
本发明公开了一种高性能复配型水泥缓凝剂及其制备方法,所述将硅烷偶联剂、有机溶剂、去离子水加入反应釜中,形成硅烷偶联剂的水解体系,在温度40~120℃下进行硅烷偶联剂的水解反应得到硅烷偶联剂水解液,将阳离子表面活性剂、葡萄糖、去离子水及硅烷偶联剂水解液加入搅拌釜中搅拌至均相,即可制备出高性能水泥缓凝剂。本发明的水泥缓凝剂具有优良的缓凝效果,掺量少,对水泥有一定的助磨效果,同时能够提高水泥的早后期强度。
