An installing platform telescopic rod is fixedly mounted at the lower end surface of the main support. After the railway sleeper replacing device is installed on a railway, the railway sleeper replacing device can automaticallytake down bolts, connected with a rail, on sleepers and slightly lift the rail, the railway sleeper replacing device pushes new sleepers to the position of the original sleeper, and old sleepers are pushed out of the rail; and after the new sleeper is placed, the equipment automatically installs the bolts back into the sleeper to fix the rail and the sleeper, so that the labor cost is greatly saved, and the working efficiency of sleeper replacement is improved.
