The arc-shaped scaffold fixing device comprises an arc-shaped steel frame arranged at the head and tail of two sets of concrete structuresin a crossing mode; a formwork frame which is arranged on the outer side of the arc-shaped steel frame, a gap is formed between the formwork frame and the arc-shaped steel frame, and the formwork frame is matched with the appearance structure of the arc-shaped steel frame; a supporting rod assembly which is arranged on the inner side of the arc-shaped steel frame and used for supporting the arc-shaped steel frame; the supporting rod assemblies and the arc-shaped steel frames are horizontally hinged and fixed through connecting pieces. The invention further provides an arc-shaped scaffold fixing method. The horizontal load self-counteracting connecting piece is additionally arranged at the position of the simmering-bending shaped section steel of the arc-shaped steel frame, the technical problem that the arc-shaped steel frame deforms due to lateral pressure generated by pouring concrete during high-altitude construction is solved, and the whole structure is fixedly and stably installed, high in strength, good in safety performance, convenient to construct, easy to maintain, disassemble and assemble. Furthermore convenient turnover is realized.
本发明提供一种弧形脚手架固定装置,包括:横跨设置在两组混凝土结构首尾的弧形钢架;置于所述弧形钢架外侧并与所述弧形钢架间隙设置的模板架,所述模板架与所述弧形钢架外形结构相适配;以及置于所述弧形钢架内侧并用于支撑所述弧形钢架的支杆组件;所述支杆组件与所述弧形钢架均通过连接件水平铰接固定。本发明还提出一种弧形脚手架固定方法。本发明在弧形钢架的煨弯定型型钢处增加一道水平荷载自抵消连接件,实现在高空施工时消除由于浇注混凝土出现的侧向压力而导致弧形钢架变形的技术问题,整体结构安装固定、稳定且强度高,安全性能好,施工方便,易于保养和拆装,周转方便。
