The invention discloses an offshore wind power foundation steel pipe rock-socketed inclined pile post-grouting construction method. The construction method comprises the following steps of carrying out hole forming and hole cleaning, carrying out reinforcement cage and grouting device installation, carrying out pile body concrete pouring, carrying out unplugging, carrying out pile body concrete integrity detection and carrying out pile end and pile side grouting. The process of installing a reinforcement cage and grouting devices comprises the step of installing the pile end grouting device and the pile side grouting device, wherein the pile end grouting device comprises four pile end vertical grouting pipes evenly distributed along the outer edge of a drilled rock-socketed pile, the bottom of each pile end vertical grouting pipe is connected with a double-layer pile end grouting valve, the pile side grouting device comprises a grouting annular pipe arranged at a certain distance fromthe pile bottom and a pile side vertical grouting pipe vertically connected to the grouting annular pipe through a tee joint, and four pile side grouting valves are uniformly distributed on the grouting annular pipe; and the pile end pile side grouting process comprises the steps of slurry preparation, grouting system field connection and grouting. According to the construction method, the bearingcapacity of steel pipe piles can be improved, and the settlement amount of a pile foundation can be effectively controlled.
本发明公开了一种海上风电基础钢管桩嵌岩斜桩后注浆的施工方法,包括以下流程:成孔和清孔、安装钢筋笼和注浆器、浇筑桩身混凝土、开塞、桩身混凝土完整性检测、桩端和桩侧压浆。进行安装钢筋笼和注浆器流程时,包括安装桩端注浆器和桩侧注浆器;桩端注浆器包括四根沿钻孔嵌岩桩的外缘均布的桩端竖向注浆管,每根桩端竖向注浆管的底部连接双层桩端注浆阀;桩侧注浆器包括设在距桩底一定距离的注浆环形管和一根通过一个三通垂直连接在注浆环形管上的桩侧竖向注浆管;注浆环形管上均布地安装四个桩侧压浆阀;进行桩端桩侧压浆时,包括浆液制备步骤、压浆系统现场连接步骤和压浆步骤。本发明能提高钢管桩的承载能力,并能有效控制桩基的沉降量。
