The invention provides a steel pipe pile annular grouting rock-socketed construction method which comprises the following steps that a pile planting suspension platform is positioned, and the drilling center of an operation platform coincides with the center of a pile position; drilling an annular rock-socketed hole downwards along the pile position by utilizing a hob rotary excavating drilling barrel, and meanwhile, injecting water to clean waste residues; a guide frame concentric with the annular rock-socketed hole is arranged along the center of the annular rock-socketed hole, and a positioning cavity is formed in the guide frame; and along the positioning cavity, a steel pipe pile communicated with a grouting pipe is inserted into the annular rock-socketed hole, grouting materials are grouted between the annular rock-socketed hole and the steel pipe pile, and the guide frame is dismantled until the set height is reached. The invention has the characteristics of high efficacy and low cost.
本发明提供了钢管桩环形注浆嵌岩施工方法,包括以下步骤,栽桩悬浮平台定位,并使得作业平台的钻孔中心与桩位中心重合;利用滚刀旋挖钻筒,沿桩位朝下钻出环形嵌岩孔,同时进行注水清洗废渣;沿环形嵌岩孔中心设置与之同中心的导向架,所述导向架内形成定位腔;沿定位腔,将连通注浆管的钢管桩插入所述环形嵌岩孔中,灌浆料注浆环形嵌岩与钢管桩之间,直至达到设定高度拆除导向架。本发明具有功效高且成本低的特点。
