The invention belongs to the field of bridge construction, and particularly relates to an active underpinning device for a multi-pile foundation of a bridge. The tops of a plurality of new piles at the bottom of an apron piece penetrate through the top of the apron piece and extend to the positions above the apron piece, the tops of the plurality of new piles are fixedly installed at the bottom ofthe bridge, a plurality of jacking blocks fixedly installed at the top of the apron piece are located on the sides, close to each other, of two pile body main ribs correspondingly, two gas cylindersare fixedly installed on the inner wall of the bottom of a cavity of each jacking block, and the tops of two piston push rods in the two gas cylinders penetrate through the inner walls of the tops ofthe two gas cylinders correspondingly and extend into the cavities; and the tops of the two piston push rods penetrate through the inner wall of the tops of the cavities and extend to the positions above the jacking blocks, and two sliding plates which are symmetrically arranged are installed on the inner wall of the bottom of a cavity on a top clamping block of the two piston push rods in a sliding mode. Compared with a mode that only one underpinned pile can be operated once, according to the device, two underpinned piles can be replaced at the same time, and thus the multi-pile foundation active underpinning efficiency is greatly improved.
