The invention discloses a bridge pile active underpinning method which comprises the following steps that S1, a new pile foundation is constructed and pre-pressed, a first new bearing platform is constructed, and a temporary support is installed on the top of the first new bearing platform; S2, an upper beam body or a cover beam is jacked so that the original stand columns can be completely unloaded, the original stand columns and an original bearing platform are dismantled, and conflict pile foundations are pulled out; S3, a second new bearing platform is constructed, and a new stand column is newly built; S4, the first new bearing platform and the second new bearing platform are connected into a whole, and a new bearing platform assembly is formed; and S5, the prestress of the new bearing platform assembly is tensioned, and the temporary support is dismantled. By the adoption of the underpinning method, traffic limitation or temporary traffic sealing is needed in the period of jacking and connecting the first new bearing platform and the second new bearing platform, and vehicles can pass through the bridge floor in other time.
