The invention discloses a low-resistance pipeline bottom sludge dredging device. The low-resistance pipeline bottom sludge dredging device comprises a shell. A rotary stirring device is arranged in the shell. The rotary stirring device comprises a rotary through groove communicating with the front end face and the rear end face of the shell. A power cavity is formed in the upper side of the rotarythrough groove. The shell is internally provided with two movable clamping devices which are symmetrically arranged left and right relative to the rotary stirring device. Each movable clamping devicecomprises a communicating U-shaped sliding groove. The device is placed in a pipeline and can automatically clamp the end walls of the left side and the right side, and the situation that the movingtrack of the device is irregular under the action of external force in the advancing process is prevented. Meanwhile, the device can stir suspended solid impurities in the pipeline and sludge at the bottom of the pipeline at the same time, discharging of the sludge at the bottom of the pipeline can be accelerated, and resistance of solid substances to the device during advancing of the pipeline can be reduced. At the same time, under the condition that drainage is not affected, the device can work autonomously, and time and labor are saved.
