According to the device, when the embedded pipe needs to be temporarily plugged, the multiple steel bars extend into the embedded pipe, the bent parts of the steel bars abut against the inner wall of the embedded pipe, and the plugging plate can be fixed to a side wall; when water exists in the embedded pipe, the water swelling water stop strip expands and can fill a gap between the plugging plate and the side wall so that the embedded pipe can be tightly plugged, and the leakage is prevented; and when the embedded pipe does not need to be plugged, only the plugging plate needs to be pulled out, the operation is rapid and convenient, and the structure of theside wall cannot be damaged.
