The invention comprises an indoor sensor (10) that detects a foreign body (F) in a loading-unloading bay, a door periphery sensor (20) that detects a foreign body (F) located around a garage entranceand exit door (3) of the loading-unloading bay (2), a door opening and closing device (30) that opens and closes the garage entrance and exit door (3), and a door control device (40) that controls thedoor opening and closing device (30). The door control device (40) receives a close command signal (c1) for the garage entrance and exit door (3), and outputs a close operation signal (b1) to the door opening and closing device (30) when no foreign object (F) is detected. After the garage entrance and exit door (3) begins closing operations, detection signals from the indoor sensor and the door periphery sensor are continued to be received. When a foreign object (F) is detected before the garage entrance and exit door is fully closed, an open operation signal (a1) is output to the door opening and closing device (30). After the garage entrance and exit door (3) is fully opened, the above control is repeated.
