The invention discloses a door closing force self-adaptive vehicle door control system and a door closing method thereof, and the system comprises a plurality of pressure sensors arranged in a vehicle door rubber strip, a door controller for adjusting the door closing force according to detection values of the pressure sensors, and a door closing device, and the vehicle door controller is provided with an A/D conversion circuit for converting a detection value of the pressure sensor into a digital signal, a signal amplification circuit, a signal filter circuit and a control chip for adjusting the door closing force and driving the door closing device to work. On the basis of original obstacle detection, a pressure sensor is additionally arranged, misjudgment is reduced, and the operation reliability of the door closing system is improved; door closing force is adjusted in time according to a detection value of the pressure sensor, the risk that passengers are pinched due to the fact that the door closing force cannot be adjusted is avoided, and the riding comfort and safety of the passengers are improved; damage to the vehicle door caused by overlarge door closing force is avoided; the system is simple in hardware structure, small in size, convenient in data transmission and low in energy consumption, and has good economic benefits.
