The invention relates to a concrete strength detection method for a cast-in-place concrete floor. The concrete strength detection method comprises the following steps: S1, positioning: setting out anddetermining a measuring point, and installing at least two positioning lines on the side template of the periphery support of the floor, so that the intersection of the positioning lines is a measuring point; s2, installation of an anchoring part: after concrete is poured into the space defined by the side formworks arranged around the floor slab, inserting the anchoring part into the concrete inthe vertical direction, wherein one end of the anchoring part is located in the concrete, and the other end of the anchoring part is located outside the concrete; s3, installation of a pull-out instrument; after concrete curing is completed, installing a pull-out instrument at the end, located outside the concrete, of the anchoring part; s4, drawing of the concrete; starting the pulling-out instrument to apply pulling force to the anchoring part, and recording the pulling force value measured by the pulling-out instrument. In the invention, the positioning lines are arranged to position the measuring points, and therefore the installation position of the anchoring part can be conveniently determined after concrete pouring is completed.
