The invention relates to the field of boron carbide ceramic tools, in particular to a boron carbide ceramic scalpel. The boron carbide ceramic scalpel comprises a scalpel handle and a scalpel head, wherein the scalpel handle and the scalpel head are of an integral structure; a disinfection chamber is arranged inside the tail end of the scalpel handle; an ultraviolet lamp strip is arranged on the circumference of the position, close to the scalpel head, of the scalpel handle; a hollow structure is arranged in the middle of the scalpel head; a support frame parallel to the scalpel handle is arranged on the hollow structure and can transversely move on the scalpel head; an illuminating lamp is arranged on the support frame; a storage hole communicating with the scalpel handle is formed in oneside, close to a blade, of the scalpel head; a rack is arranged in the storage hole; an arc blade knife is arranged at the front end part of the rack; and a gear matched with the rack is arranged onthe scalpel handle. The scalpel is reasonable in structural design; the adjustable arc blade knife is arranged at the tip of the scalpel head, so that the replacement frequency of the scalpel can be reduced; and the scalpel can be provided with the ultraviolet lamp strip for disinfection, so that the infection rate of a patient is reduced, and the boron carbide ceramic scalpel is convenient to operate and high in practicability.
