The invention discloses a porous ceramic filter with gradually-changed and controllable pores and a preparation method thereof. The porous ceramic filter adopts a pore gradient variable gradient trussfiltering structure obtained by computer aided design, and prepared photosensitive resin-ceramic powder mixed slurry is adopted for 3D printing molding. The node distribution density of each level ofthe porous ceramic filter is gradually increased according to the level sequence from top to bottom, and the volume of the three-dimensional holes corresponding to each level is gradually reduced according to the level sequence from top to bottom, so that the filtering effects of graded filtering and difficulty in blockage can be achieved. Besides, the variable-gradient truss filtering structureis composed of double inverted pyramid unit supporting column structures, the double inverted pyramid unit supporting column structure of the next layer plays a role in strengthening and supporting the double inverted pyramid unit supporting column structure of the previous layer, and the anti-scouring performance of the porous ceramic filter is improved.
本发明公开了一种孔隙渐变可控的多孔陶瓷过滤器及其制备方法,多孔陶瓷过滤器采用由计算机辅助设计得到的孔隙渐变的变梯度桁架过滤结构,采用配制的光敏树脂‑陶瓷粉末混合浆料,3D打印成型。多孔陶瓷过滤器每层级的节点分布密度按照自上而下的层级顺序逐渐增加,每层级对应的三维孔洞体积按照自上而下的层级顺序逐渐缩小,由此可达到分级过滤、不易堵塞的过滤效果。此外,变梯度桁架过滤结构由双倒金字塔单元支柱结构组成,并且下一层级双倒金字塔单元支柱结构对上一层级双倒金字塔单元支柱结构起到强化支撑作用,提高了多孔陶瓷过滤器的抗冲刷性能。
