The mortar spraying device comprises a storage barrel, a spraying head and a rotary gradually-changed adjusting assembly. A hose is arranged on the storage barrel; the spraying head is connected to the hose; the rotary gradient adjusting assembly is arranged between the hose and the spraying head and comprises an additionally-installed shell, a sliding structure and a rotary gradient adjusting mechanism, one end of the rotary gradient adjusting mechanism is connected with the hose, the other end of the rotary gradient adjusting mechanism is connected with the spraying head, and the additionally-installed shell is arranged at the joint of the spraying head and the hose in a sleeving mode and wraps the rotary gradient adjusting mechanism. The rotary gradient adjusting mechanism can drive the spraying head to rotate; the sliding structure is arranged outside the additionally-installed shell and can place the rotary gradual change adjusting assembly in the pipeline to be sprayed.
