The invention provides a dry-type dust removing and filtering device of a road sweeper. The device comprises a volute fan; the air inlet edge at the bottom of the volute fan is in shaft connection with a spiral centrifugal device; the spiral centrifugal device is located in the box body housing; the upper end and the lower end of the box body housing are connected with the edges of the bottom of the volute fan and the edge of the top of the base respectively; an air suction opening is formed in the peripheral side of the box body housing; and a filter cylinder fixedly connected to an air inletin the bottom of the volute fan through a support is arranged in the spiral centrifugal device. The problems that a dry-type road sweeper is poor in garbage filtering effect, and secondary dust raising is likely to be caused are solved, space can be saved, and the device can be used for light, small and various large road sweepers to the maximum extent.
本发明提出一种扫路车干式除尘过滤装置，包括蜗壳风机，所述蜗壳风机底部的进风口边缘轴承连接螺旋离心装置，所述螺旋离心装置位于箱体壳体内，所述箱体壳体的上下两端分别与蜗壳风机底部和基座顶部的边缘连接，所述箱体壳体的外周侧设有吸风口，所述螺旋离心装置内设有固定连接在蜗壳风机底部进风口处通过支架固定连接滤筒。本发明解决了干式扫路车垃圾过滤效果差，容易造成二次扬尘的问题，能够节省空间，最大限度的用于轻小型及各种大型扫路车上。
