Asphalt concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to an asphalt concrete and a preparation method thereof. The asphalt concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 to 80 parts of emulsified asphalt, 50 to 60 parts of concrete slurry and 100 to 200 parts of coarse aggregate, the emulsified asphalt is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 600 to 800 parts of oxidized asphalt, 100 to 120 parts of cross-linked sodium polyacrylate, 30 to 50 parts of an emulsifier, 8 to 10 parts of a stabilizer and 800to 1000 parts of water; the concrete slurry is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 to 100 parts of cement, 70 to 90 parts of water, 3 to 5 parts of a polycarboxylate water reducer and 4 to 10 parts of polypropylene fibers. In addition, the modified nano-silicon dioxide accounts for 5-10% of the mass of the emulsified asphalt; and the modified nano silicon dioxide is nano silicon dioxide whose surface is grafted with a vinyl functional group. The polypropylene fibers are short fibers; the length of the short fibers is 300-600 [mu]m, and the length-diameter ratio ofthe short fibers is 5: 1-10: 1. The obtained product has excellent water resistance.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种沥青混凝土及其制备方法。本发明研制的产品中,包括以下重量份数的原料:60‑80份乳化沥青,50‑60份混凝土浆料,100‑200份粗集料;所述乳化沥青中,包括以下重量份数的原料:600‑800份氧化沥青,100‑120份交联聚丙烯酸钠,30‑50份乳化剂,8‑10份稳定剂,800‑1000份水;所述混凝土浆料中,包括以下重量份数的原料:80‑100份水泥,70‑90份水,3‑5份聚羧酸减水剂,4‑10份聚丙烯纤维。另外,还包括乳化沥青质量5‑10%的改性纳米二氧化硅;所述改性纳米二氧化硅为表面接枝有乙烯基官能团的纳米二氧化硅。其中,所述聚丙烯纤维为短纤;所述短纤为长度为300‑600μm,长径比为5:1‑10:1的短纤。本发明所得产品具有优异的耐水性能。
