The invention provides an inorganic foamed cementing material composition and application in preparation of a porous thermal insulation material, wherein the inorganic foamed cementing material composition is obtained by taking perlite or kaolinite aluminosilicate rock and water glass as the basis through a normal-temperature foaming method. According to the invention, the inorganic foamed cementing material composition can be used for bonding a plurality of inorganic thermal insulation materials such as expanded perlite, rock wool and the like and a plurality of organic thermal insulation materials; the inorganic foamed cementing material composition has a large number of pores, so that the heat conductivity coefficient of the thermal insulation material can be reduced; and the preparation method of the inorganic foamed cementing material composition provided by the invention is simple and convenient to popularize.
本发明提供了一种无机发泡胶凝材料组合物及其在制备多孔保温材料中的应用,所提供的无机发泡胶凝材料组合物以珍珠岩类或高岭石类铝硅质岩石及水玻璃为基础,通过常温发泡方法得到无机发泡胶凝材料组合物。该种无机发泡胶凝材料组合物可以粘结膨胀珍珠岩、岩棉等多种无机保温材料以及多种有机保温材料。而且,由于无机发泡胶凝材料组合物本身还有大量气孔,有利于降低保温材料的导热系数。本发明提供的无机发泡胶凝材料组合物的制备方法简单,便于推广。
