The invention discloses a foamed inorganic cementing material for veneer finish and a preparation method of the foamed inorganic cementing material, belongs to the technical field of composite materials, and aims at well reducing the density of the foamed inorganic cementing material through a foaming agent foaming technology to achieve the purposes of reducing the weight and saving the cost in the prior art, however, after foaming treatment, the surface of the material becomes rough, and the edges and corners are easy to damage in the use process. Therefore, according to the invention, the geopolymer and the excitant are firstly mixed, then a proper amount of the foaming agent is added for continuously stirring to prepare the foamed inorganic cementing material, and then the inorganic cementing material is foamed by adopting a one-step forming method, so that the weight of the plate can be reduced, the cost can be saved, and meanwhile, the thermal insulation, sound insulation and other properties of the composite material can be improved, by adopting a one-step forming method, the production efficiency is favorably improved, the rough surface of the inorganic cementing material can be better modified, and the product has very wide prospects in the aspects of fire resistance, durability, environmental protection and the like, and meets the national requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction.
本发明公开了一种单板饰面的发泡无机胶凝材料及其制备方法,属于复合材料技术领域,其现有技术中,通过发泡剂发泡技术能很好的降低其密度,达到降低重量和节约成本的目的,但是发泡处理后,材料表面变得粗糙,在使用过程中其棱角极易破坏。因而本发明中,首先将地质聚合物与激发剂混合,再加入适量发泡剂继续搅拌制备发泡无机胶凝材料,然后采用一次成型的方法,通过对无机胶凝材料进行发泡处理,能够降低板材重量,节约成本,同时有利于提高复合材料的保温隔音等性能,采用一次成型的办法,不仅有利于提高生产效率,更能很好的修饰无机胶凝材料粗糙的表面,该产品在耐火、耐久和环保等方面具有十分广阔的前景,符合国家节能减排的要求。
