The invention relates to a method for preparing a high-strength sintered building material by utilizing waste heat (or adding a small amount of energy) during steel slag melting. According to the method, waste heat generated by steel slag melting is mainly used for reinforcing waste materials, a small amount of energy, auxiliary materials and a reducing agent are added on the basis, iron in moltensteel slag is reduced through the reducing agent, a calcium silicate material in the molten steel slag is cooled, and then the high-strength sintered calcium silicate building material is prepared. According to the method for preparing the building material, energy is saved, the solid waste material can be effectively utilized, the economic benefit is improved, the preparation cost is greatly reduced, the environmental pollution of the solid waste material is reduced, and the prepared high-strength sintered building material is excellent in performance and has a great development prospect.
本发明涉及了一种利用钢渣熔融时的余热(或加少量能源)制备高强度烧结建筑材料的方法,该种方法主要是利用钢渣熔融产生的余热加固废材料,在此基础上加入少量能源、辅材和还原剂,通过还原剂还原出熔融钢渣中的铁,并且熔融钢渣中的硅酸钙材料,经冷却后制成高强度烧结硅酸钙建材。本发明提供的制备建材的方法节约能源,且能有效的利用固废材料,提高了经济效益,大大减少了制备成本,减小了固废材料的环境污染,并且制备出的高强度烧结建筑材料性能较为优越,有较大的的发展前景。
