The invention discloses a foamed ceramic material, a decorative plate and a preparation method, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding uniformly mixed raw materials to obtain mixed powder, performing water spraying granulation on the mixed powder to form granules, filling the granules into a mold for sintering, and annealing after sintering to obtain the foamed ceramicmaterial. The raw materials comprise 25-55 parts of coal gangue, 20-30 parts of low-grade bauxite, 5-10 parts of limestone, 5-10 parts of feldspar, 1-10 parts of a foaming agent, 1-3 parts of a foam stabilizer and 1-3 parts of a fluxing agent. The foamed ceramic material provided by the invention has the advantages of simple preparation process, low water absorption, small heat conductivity coefficient, good thermal insulation property and the like, the adopted raw materials have the advantages of wide source, low price, reutilization of industrial solid wastes and the like, the materials canbe recycled in the production process, and zero discharge of wastes is basically realized.
本发明公开了一种泡沫陶瓷材料、装饰板及制备方法，包括：将混合均匀的原料进行研磨，得到混合粉料；对所述混合粉料进行喷水造粒形成粒料；将所述粒料填入模具中进行烧结，烧结完成后退火，获得所述泡沫陶瓷材料。所述原料包括：25‑55份煤矸石、20‑30份低品位铝矾土、5‑10份石灰石、5‑10份长石、1‑10份起泡剂、1‑3份稳泡剂、1‑3份助熔剂。本发明提供的泡沫陶瓷材料具有制备工艺简单、吸水率低、导热系数小以及保温性能好等优点，所采用的原料具有来源广泛、价格低廉、工业固废再利用等优点，且在生产过程中，可以达到对物料的重复再利用，基本实现废料零排放。
