The invention provides a precast concrete assembled guardrail and a mounting method, and relates to a highway bridge guardrail safety facility. Problems that in the prior art, a precast concrete guardrail is complex in installation process and poor in quality are solved. The precast concrete assembled guardrail comprises a precast concrete guardrail and a beam plate, wherein a preformed groove isformed between the bottom of the precast concrete guardrail and a flange plate of a beam plate, a first steel bar ring is pre-buried in the precast concrete guardrail, a part of the ring body of the first steel bar ring is downwards exposed out of the preformed groove, a second steel bar ring is pre-buried in the beam plate, and a part of the ring body of the second steel bar ring is upwards exposed out of the beam plate. The guardrail is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost, convenient to install and high in construction speed, the reinforcing steel bars can be free of welding, andthe inner and outer reinforcing steel bars can be temporarily fixed through spot welding or binding generally. The construction difficulties of a long field construction period, high construction difficulty, difficult quality control and the like are solved, and transformation from field construction to factory intensive construction is realized.
