The guide rails are arranged on the bridge floor area in parallel in pairs at intervals and staggered with the shear steel bars; a chassis of the carrying vehicle is provided with at least two rows of rail wheels, and the rail wheels are in rolling fit with the guide rails in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the carrying vehicle is used for moving in the bridge floor area through rolling of the rail wheels along the guide rails so that the prefabricated concrete guardrail body can be conveyed to the bridge floor area to be installed. The installation system can solve the technical problems that installation construction of the anti-collision guardrail of the bridge needs to be carried out after bridge deck pavement is completed, a temporary guardrail is usually adopted to enclose a construction site before the anti-collision guardrail is installed, the safety protection performance of the temporary guardrail is common, and site safety accidents are prone to being caused.
