A pneumatic floating wharf capable of ascending and descending along with the interior of the rubber air bag float bowl is arranged in the rubber air bag float bowl, an angle-adjustable gate dam plate is arranged at the end, ascending out of the rubber air bag float bowl, of the pneumatic floating wharf, the pneumatic floating wharf abuts against the gate dam plate, and the gate dam plate ascends or descends alongwith the pneumatic floating wharf. In the present invention, the rubber air bag float bowl and/or the pneumatic floating wharf are/is inflated through the inflation device, the effect of supporting the gate dam plate to ascend is achieved, when the gate dam plate is supported to stop water, direct impact of water flow or gravel or ice ridges and the like on the rubber air bag float bowl and the pneumatic floating wharf can be avoided, and the situation that the gate dam plate and the dam bottom directly compress the inflation air bag is also avoided.
