The invention relates to the technical field of anti-deflecting equipment for building construction and installation, in particular to an anti-deflecting installing device of a foundation bolt for building construction. The device comprises a sleeve and a rotating mechanism, wherein the rotating mechanism is arranged under the sleeve and comprises a first rotary ring, a connecting ring is inlaid in a sliding groove formed in the top of the first rotary ring, the top of the connecting ring is sleeved with a second rotary ring, and the second rotary ring is rotationally connected with the firstrotary ring through the connecting ring. According to the device, by rotating second thread bushings, second screws move in the second thread bushings under the engagement driving action of threads, clamping plates are driven to clamp the foundation bolt, the position of the foundation bolt is fixed, and the foundation bolt is prevented from deflecting during installing and pouring; and meanwhile,through engaged connection between teeth of toothed rings and teeth of ring gears, all the second thread bushings rotate synchronously, the foundation bolt is convenient to clamp in the middle position of the sleeve, and the device is more convenient to use.
