The invention relates to the technical field of drainage facilities, in particular to a building drainage facility water return preventing device and an assembling method. The device comprises a shell, a middle pipe and a plugging device, the shell is embedded in the building ground and communicates with a sewer pipe, the middle pipe is vertically arranged in the shell, and the lower end of the middle pipe communicates with the outer side of the sewer pipe and the outer side of the middle pipe; the plugging device comprises an upper plate body, a lower plate body and a plurality of plugging plates located between the upper plate body and the lower plate body. The upper plate body sleeves the middle pipe and is installed on the middle pipe or the shell in an up-and-down moving mode, the lower plate body sleeves the middle pipe and is installed on the upper plate body in a rotating mode, the upper plate body drives the lower plate body to move up and down to drive the lower plate body torotate, and then the blocking plate is driven to extend out of or retract into the upper plate body and the lower plate body. By arranging the blocking device, water flowing back in the reverse direction can be blocked, and then the anti-water-returning effect is achieved; and meanwhile, all the components are mounted in a nested manner, so that the mounting and dismounting are convenient, and the cleaning is convenient.
