The building top layer water accumulation prevention drainage system comprises a water collection part, a flow guide part, a driving part and an anti-blocking part, the water collection part comprises a water collection disc and a screen, the screen is fixed to the water collection disc, a water outlet hole is formed in the bottom of the water collection disc, a water guide part is connected to the water outlet hole, the driving part is arranged on the flow guide part, the anti-blocking part is arranged on the screen, the anti-blocking piece is in transmission connection with the driving piece. The driving piece is driven to move by utilizing gravitational potential energy generated when accumulated water falls down in the drainage process, and then the driving piece transmits energy to the anti-blocking piece. After the anti-blocking piece is driven by power, an insertion rod is driven to do up-down reciprocating motion to jack up sand and stone sundries on the screen at the water inlet, meanwhile, the third driving belt drives a brush rod to brush the screen and sweep away jacked sundries, so that the water outlet is always kept in a clean state, and water can be continuously and smoothly drained.
