The invention discloses a metal roofing board fixing device which comprises a first board rib, a second board rib and a fixed support, and the first board rib is provided with a first buckling part; the second board rib is provided with a second buckling part; the lower part of the fixed support is connected with a purline on a roofing board, and the upper part of the fixed support is connected with a buckling clamp which is provided with a third buckling part; wherein the first board rib and the second board rib are arranged on the two sides of the upper portion of the fixed support respectively, the first buckling part is buckled on the inner side of the third buckling part, and the second buckling part is buckled on the outer side of the third buckling part. The connection is realized in a buckling manner; the contact between the fixed support and the first board rib as well as the second board rib is effectively avoided; when the roofing board deforms, the connecting mode can digest the deformation of the roofing board in each span area, fatigue damage caused by frequent friction between the roofing board and the fixed support is effectively avoided, secondary meshing is not needed after connection in a buckling mode, and the connecting mode is beneficial to improving the working efficiency.
本发明公开了一种金属屋面板固定装置，包括第一板肋、第二板肋和固定支座，第一板肋具有第一扣合部；第二板肋具有第二扣合部；固定支座的下部与屋面板上的檩条连接，固定支座的上部连接有扣合夹，扣合夹具有第三扣合部；其中，第一板肋和第二板肋分置于固定支座的上部的两侧，且第一扣合部扣合于第三扣合部的内侧，第二扣合部扣合于第三扣合部的外侧。通过扣合的方式连接，有效避免了固定支座与第一板肋和第二板肋的接触，当屋面板变形时，此种连接方式可以将屋面板的变形量在每个跨区内被消化掉，有效避免了屋面板与固定支座之间发生经常性摩擦造成疲劳破坏，且通过扣合的方式连接，连接后无需再进行二次咬合，有利于提高工作效率。
